









Vintage Cobalt Lens-Cut Sphere Vase, c. 1970s
Description
This striking vintage vase features cobalt blue overlay crystal with lens-cut circles that catch and play with light. The design references the Fernsehturm Television Tower in Berlin which was constructed between 1965-1969, and which remains the tallest structure in Germany.
Attribution: This piece matches the design, techniques, and quality of similar pieces attributed to VEB Harzkristall Derenburg "Fernsehturm" vases, designed by Marita Voigt, East Germany (GDR), circa 1973–1978.
