The Alessi Anna Gong Cake Stand is Alessandro Mendini’s tribute to the legendary folding cake stand “art. 898” that was one of Alessi’s best sellers for quite some time in the '60s.

Much like its predecessor, the Anna Gong Cake Stand has two uses: when closed, it’s a table-top sculpture. However, when open, it becomes a multi-tier cake stand that can be used at the table.
