Description
- Cast stone with iron base
- Ideal on kitchen counter tops
- San Pasqual
Born into poverty as Paschal Baylon in 1540, San Pasqual Patron Saint of Kitchens lived a life of humble servitude. He often shared his food with the poor.
His commitment to the faith sent him to France, where he defended the Real Presence against heretics. He served as a shepherd, cook, porter, gardener, and alms beggar.
Many people claim to have witnessed miracles at his tomb. These miracles, paired with San Pasqual's kindness and generosity towards the poor and sick, and his unwavering dedication to the Holy Eucharist, led to his canonization in 1690.
His feast is now observed annually on May 17.
This San Pasqual Saint statue is the perfect addition to any kitchen.
Finish & Care
Each piece is handcrafted with unique variations in texture, shading, and finish, enhancing its old-world charm. Sculptural designs may have a lighter finish to highlight their details, making each piece truly one of a kind.
For added protection, especially for outdoor use, a clear polyurethane or paste wax can be applied. To maintain its beauty over time, gently rub with fine steel wool to restore luster or clean with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
