Shipping policy
Most orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. We ship during normal business hours Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm CST.
A representative may also contact you if your order contains oversized or heavy items to arrange for shipping and delivery.
Delivered but not delivered package:
If your tracking shows the package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier to investigate. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items marked as “Delivered,” nor can we be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We do offer international shipping to Australia and Canada. Restrictions may apply, including restrictions on certain vendors. We do not ship freight items internationally. Shipping timelines differ for international orders. We do not offer free shipping for international orders.

Please contact us at 855-678-3359 or email concierge@maisonandtavola.com within 5 days of receiving. In the rare circumstance where there is a problem with a purchase, please do not throw away any of your items or any packaging. Please send us photos of the items so we can assist you efficiently.
